Where do you ship to?

Thank you for choosing our store for your shopping needs. We are happy to offer shipping to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international destinations.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the location of the recipient. The cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, and you will be able to see the shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order.

How long does shipping take?

ORDERS PLACED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 30TH, 2024 (BEFORE THE SITE REVAMP) WILL SHIP BETWEEN 6-8 WEEKS FROM THE DATE YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

All orders will ship between 8-10 weeks from the date the order is placed, excluding holidays and weekends (Effective February 8th, 2024.) We do not make exceptions to this policy. Please note that this time frame does not include the time it takes for the package to be delivered to you after it has been shipped.

If you need your order before the 8-10 week policy deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to ship your order earlier.

It is important to read and understand our shipping policy before placing your order. TheArtsOfDani is not responsible for any inconvenience or disappointment caused by not reading this policy beforehand.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. This email will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.

Please note that we do not provide tracking information before your order has been shipped. We ask that you refrain from contacting us about when your order will ship before the 8 week mark. Your order will ship between the time frame provided in our shipping policy.

We understand that you may be excited to receive your order, but we ask that you please be patient and wait for your tracking information to be sent to you via email. We will do our best to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner.

Please also note that we do not provide updates on the status of your order between the time it is placed and the time it is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order after it has been shipped, please use the tracking information provided to track your package.

How do I return an item?


Due to COVID-19 and health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns of any kind. This includes returns for size, color, or any other reason. We ask that you please make sure to place your order for the correct size and color before completing your purchase.

Please note that we are not responsible for any errors made by the client, such as ordering the wrong size or color. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and sizing chart before placing your order.

Additionally, please keep in mind that the color of the product may vary slightly based on your monitor and screen settings. We do our best to provide accurate product images, but we cannot guarantee that the color will be exactly as it appears on your screen.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient, but we prioritize the health and safety of our customers and employees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Refund Policy?

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. We ask that you please make sure that you are in agreement with our policies, terms, and conditions before placing your order.

Please note that we will not refund orders because the customer did not read or understand our 8-10 week processing and shipping policy, exluding holidays and weekends. Once an order is placed, the customer is agreeing to all of TheArtsOfDani shop policies, with no exceptions.

We understand that this policy may be inconvenient, but we take the custom nature of our products seriously and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Custom Orders

How do I place a custom order that I don't see on the website?

We offer a variety of options for our customers, including combining designs from our website or creating all-new designs from scratch. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including the size and intricacy of the design, the number of designs requested, and their placement.

If you are interested in a custom design that is not currently featured on our website, please use our contact form to inquire.

Bulk Orders

At TheArtsOfDani, we understand that sometimes our customers need to place bulk orders. That's why we are happy to offer a discount for orders of five or more items.

If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please use our contact form to inquire. We are currently working on a bulk order form to make the process even easier for our clients.

Please note that all bulk orders are subject to availability and may require additional time for processing and shipping. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your order once we have all the details.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Thank you for considering TheArtsOfDani for your purchase. Our zero tolerance policy for rudeness is as follows: As a small business owner, human, and professional, we ask to be treated with respect. We respect your time and hard-earned money, and we expect the same in return. There is no need to 'check on' your order, more than once. I personally provide updates to clients in regards to the status of their order, as it is approaching. Please do understand that many orders are being fulfilled, and quality, custom work takes time. I put the utmost care, love, and patience into every order and I ask that you allow me the time and respect to hand-make a custom piece curated perfectly for you.
Please do not order from us if you cannot be kind, patient, and respectful. We reserve the full right to cancel your order and refund your original payment method in the event of rudeness, continued impatience, disrespect, or violation of any other shop policies.
